The cutting edge technology at Ken White Signs allows us to model virtually anything using 3D software, even from a simple line drawing or photo.
Using the latest computer aided design and modelling capabilities you can view a 360 degree model of your sign before production. This allows you to visualise how your finished 3D model will look before it is machined. Our specialist CNC machinery then creates a 3D version of the design.
3D crests can be machined from a vast array of materials, including aluminium, brass, foam, pvc, acrylic, hdu [high density urethane] and wood. We use traditional skills to hand paint detail and hand gild gold leaf, mixing proven traditional techniques with modern materials to create the most wonderful results.

From hand crafted built up 3D letters, through to flat cut letters produced on the latest laser, plasma and router cutting technology, we can provide a full range of products in a huge variety of materials and finishes.
